So what exactly is Ergonomics?

Simply put, it’s about designing the workspace to fit the user, rather than trying to make the user fit the workspace. Ergonomics aims to increase efficiency and productivity while reducing discomfort. Today’s use of computers and ever changing technology has greatly increased our need for ergonomics. Desks, chairs, monitors, keyboards, and lighting all need to be assessed when creating a workspace.

This is where our ergonomic experts come in.
